    Yes, this program is approved for continuing education credit by relevant California substance abuse counseling licensing body CADTP. Specific approval numbers are listed on your certificate. We are also an approved education provider for 50 Hours/80Hours/ and 315 SUD/AOD Education.

  • Can I complete this program online?

    This is An online self paced program. Offered via approved online classroom. Also, the post-tests are completed online.

  • What materials do I need?

    All course materials are provided digitally. You should have a notebook and pen for personal notes. A laptop or tablet is recommended for accessing materials and you can also access via your phone.

  • How many questions are on each post-test?

    Each post-test contains UP TO 40 multiple-choice questions covering the content from the reading materials provided for that subject.

  • : Can I retake a post-test if I fail?

    Yes, unlimited retakes are available. You must achieve 80% minimum on each post-test to receive program completion credit.

  • : When do I need to complete all post-tests?

    All post-tests must be completed before you can move on to complete the next day of education. Incomplete assessments will result in no certificate being issued.

  • What if I experience technical problems during a post-test?

    No matter the problem, Contact technical support immediately. Your progress is automatically saved, and time extensions are available for documented technical issues.

  • : How quickly will I receive my certificate?

    Digital certificates are issued automatically or within 48 hours of completing all requirements. Physical certificates (if requested) are mailed within 5-7 business days and will incur a fee. You can also request to receive transcripts that gives a detailed list of the courses you completed for compliance.
